By the time Lu Shun noticed something was wrong, it was too late. He Qiuting seemed to be terminally ill, and even after the Frail System was removed, he remained listless and weak.

“I’m sick…” He Qiuting lay on the hospital bed, his hand with the IV needle held by someone. Even breathing was an immense effort. He looked at the person by his bed and finally learned how to show weakness.

“Lu Shun, will you take care of me?”
