3. User Accounts
Certain features of INK HUB NOVELS may require you to create an account. You agree to:

- Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these Terms.
4. Content and Ownership
All translated, original, and aggregated works hosted on INK HUB NOVELS are the property of their respective creators or licensors.
- Translators and authors retain ownership of their works but grant INK HUB NOVELS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote their content on the Platform.
- If any content infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us at admin@inkhubnovels.xyz with supporting documentation, and we will review and, if appropriate, remove the content promptly.
5. Paid and Free Content
INK HUB NOVELS offers both free and premium chapters.
- Free chapters are available to all readers.
- Premium or locked chapters can be accessed by purchasing or unlocking them through our payment system.
- Some chapters may become free after a certain period.
Revenue from ads and premium content supports hosting costs, translators, and continued platform development.
By purchasing or accessing paid content, you agree that:
- All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
- INK HUB NOVELS may modify pricing, payment methods, or unlock schedules at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from INK HUB NOVELS without written permission;
- Attempt to bypass payment systems or security features;
- Upload or distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing material;
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in comments or community spaces.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent account removal.
7. Creator Program (Translators and Authors)
To upload or publish content, users must apply and be accepted as a Translator or Author.
By submitting your work, you confirm that you:
- Own or have legal rights to the material;
- Have not violated any third-party rights;
- Understand that your work may be edited or formatted for presentation consistency.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
INK HUB NOVELS provides its services “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or data breaches arising from your use of our site, including issues caused by third-party providers or advertisers.
9. Limitation of Liability
